John Cosenza is a forward-thinking executive with a distinguished 25-year track record in global markets, known for building and scaling platform businesses and market solutions for clients. With a deep expertise in agency and risk trading, electronic product, and market structure, John consistently delivers exceptional outcomes for stakeholders.

John previously served as Head of Electronic Trading in the Americas and Global Co- Head of Product, Research, and Development at Goldman Sachs, where he oversaw an industry leading electronic trading franchise and the growth of the firm’s U.S. equity ATS from #11 to #2, establishing it as one of the largest market centers in the world. While at Goldman Sachs, John served as a Board Member at IEX, Bids Trading and PureStream.

Prior to Goldman Sachs, John was the Head of Electronic Trading and a member of the Equities Operating Committee at Cowen Group. Under his leadership, Cowen entered the electronic trading industry league tables for the first time. John was on the Executive Management Committee and the Head of the business unit at ATM, where he played a pivotal role in the firm’s rise and successful exit to Cowen in 2012. Prior to Cowen / ATM John was an equity risk trader at Deutsche Bank, Robertson Stephens and UBS.

With experience as operator, power user, and investor across financial technology, agency broker and global bank organizations, John brings a unique ability to see the big picture with clarity while driving execution. Known for his strategic vision and leadership ability to build high-performing teams across distribution, product and engineering, John has successfully driven innovation and growth across the financial services industry.

Joe Wald is a recognized leader in electronic trading with over 30 years of experience driving innovation, building successful businesses, and delivering value for shareholders, clients, and team members.

Most recently, Joe served as the Global Head of Electronic Trading at Bank of Montreal (BMO), where he was responsible for defining and executing the firm’s electronic trading vision and strategy. Before joining BMO, Joe was the Co-Founder and CEO of Clearpool Group, a pioneer in algorithmic trading as a service. Under his leadership, Clearpool transformed the electronic trading landscape before being successfully acquired by BMO.

Prior to Clearpool, Joe was EVP at GAIN Capital, overseeing the institutional electronic FX ECN. He also played a key role in shaping the electronic execution business as Head of Electronic Trade Execution at Knight Capital Group. Earlier in his career, Joe founded EdgeTrade, one of the first agency-only, liquidity-seeking algorithmic providers. EdgeTrade became an industry leader in electronic execution before being acquired by Knight Capital Group.

Shelley Eleby is the Chief Marketing Officer at Mosaic Platforms, Inc., where she leads growth through strategic marketing and business development. With a strong passion for technology, data, and product innovation, Shelley has built a career at the intersection of FinTech and AdTech.

Before joining Mosaic, she served as Managing Director and Head of Marketing for Electronic Trading at BMO Capital Markets, following BMO’s acquisition of Clearpool Group, where she was Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to returning to finance, Shelley held senior roles in marketing and client services in the AdTech industry.

Known for her strategic mindset and product-centric, data-driven approach, Shelley has successfully developed and executed brand, media, content, sales enablement, and event strategies that deliver measurable client impact and business results.

RJ Weiss is the Head of Technical Operations at Mosaic Platforms, Inc., where he oversees the performance, efficiency, and integrity of the firm’s software. With more than 18 years of experience in financial technology, RJ brings deep expertise in product management, sales, and technical operations.

Before joining Mosaic, RJ spent a decade at ITG and Virtu Financial, managing product and sales within the Workflow Technology division. Earlier in his career, he spent eight years at Eze Castle Software, ultimately serving as a Business Consultant Team Manager.

RJ holds a bachelor’s degree in Geography and Geographical Information Systems from Middlebury College.

Jogesh Menon is the Head of Data and Analytics at Mosaic Platforms, Inc. He is an accomplished technology leader with over 20 years of experience successfully managing global engineering teams and delivering enterprise-grade, on-prem and cloud-native software platforms.

In his previous role at RBC Capital Markets, Jogesh led a global team of technologists in the development of a state-of-the-art Cross Asset Multi-Strategy Algo Trading Platform and was responsible for the design and implementation of the electronic trading platform. He was also deeply involved in defining the firm’s data strategy for the real-time analytical and quant-focused time series databases.
