John Cosenza is Co-founder of Mosaic Platforms with 25 years of experience across global banks, agency brokers and fintech in building and scaling electronic trading platform businesses and high performing teams.

John was previously Head of Electronic Trading in the Americas and Global Co-Head of Product, Research and Development at Goldman Sachs, where he was responsible for the global liquidity strategy, and intersection between electronic product and internalization. During his tenure, he oversaw a #2 ranked US equity ATS and served on the boards of IEX, Bids Trading and PureStream ATS. Prior to Goldman, John was Head of Electronic Trading at Cowen & Company, after leading the business unit of ATM through its successful acquisition to Cowen.

John’s experience as power user, builder and operator of market centers around the world provides the insight driving Mosaic’s strategic vision and execution.

Joe Wald is Co-founder of Mosaic Platforms and a serial entrepreneur with two successful exits in electronic trading.

Joe previously co-founded EdgeTrade, one of the first agency-only algorithmic providers, which was acquired by Knight Capital Group and later co-founded Clearpool Group, a pioneer in algorithmic trading as a service, which was acquired by BMO Financial Group,. Following the acquisition, Joe served as Global Head of Electronic Trading at BMO, executing the firm’s electronic trading strategy.  During this time, Joe served on the board of PureStream ATS.

With over 30 years at the forefront of market structure innovation, Joe brings a proven ability to identify whitespace, build category-defining platforms, and deliver exceptional outcomes for stakeholders.

Adrian Sisser is Chief Technology Officer of Mosaic Platforms with over two decades of experience building low-latency trading systems, real-time risk infrastructure, and data driven platforms across electronic markets.

He co-founded Seven Eight Capital, a multi-billion dollar quantitative investment firm, where he led the development of systematic trading strategies, portfolio construction frameworks, and the firm’s core trading and data infrastructure. Previously, he co-managed the Statistical Arbitrage Group at IVC Americas, focusing on alpha generation, execution optimization, and scalable trading systems. He began his career at Lehman Brothers, building real-time risk and P&L systems for equities trading.

Adrian’s quantitative expertise and platform engineering experience uniquely position Mosaic’s new market model to expand beyond traditional matching.

Vishal Punjabi is Head of Product at Mosaic Platforms and brings an unparalleled track record in creating industry leading execution solutions.

Across previous roles at Guggenheim Securities, Goldman Sachs and RBC Capital Markets, he was an essential contributor to the firm’s electronic product suite – and consistently delivered top ranked algorithms for performance sensitive market participants.

Vishal’s unwavering focus on execution quality serves to guide Mosaic’s product feature roadmap and innovation.

Shelley Eleby is Chief Marketing Officer at Mosaic Platforms with over two decades executing marketing strategy and delivering differentiated client experiences.

At Clearpool Group, she developed the brand and built out the marketing function and team – positioning the firm for growth and successful acquisition by BMO Financial Group. Post acquisition, she continued as Managing Director and Head of Marketing for Electronic Trading at BMO Capital Markets. Before returning to financial services, Shelley worked in Advertising technology, overseeing marketing, business strategy and client services during the formative years of three venture backed start-ups.

Shelley brings a proven early stage playbook and best practices for creating brand vision, accelerating user adoption and establishing cross-functional marketing culture.

RJ is Head of Technical Operations at Mosaic Platforms, overseeing platform onboarding, market surveillance and standards for operational excellence.

He brings nearly 20 years of experience across ITG, Virtu Financial, and Eze Castle Software, where he performed product, sales and business management roles within the Workflow Technology division supporting institutional clients.

RJ’s deep understanding of complex trading workflows and system operations drives superior client experience at Mosaic.

Jogesh Menon is Head of Data and Analytics at Mosaic Platforms, bringing over 20 years of experience leading global engineering teams and delivering enterprise-grade trading platforms.

At RBC Capital Markets, he was responsible for defining the firm’s data strategy for real-time analytical and time-series databases and led a global team of 55 technologists building a cross-asset, multi-strategy 24 by 5 algorithmic trading platform. Prior to RBC, Jogesh worked on trading applications within the fixed income divisions at Deutsche Bank and Barclays.

Jogesh oversees Mosaic’s data infrastructure and is responsible for providing best in class analytics to support the platform’s performance and intelligence.
